About the Fayre

The Fayre is now in it's seventeenth year!

It's organised jointly by the Sporting Bears Motor Club and Kimbolton Castle Rotary Club .  Our aim is to raise money for different charities and last year (2007) over £12,000 was raised for Cancer Research UK, Samuel Pepys School and other nominate charities, from the many thousands of visitors to the Fayre.  The objects of the Fayre are to promote the countryside, country crafts and activities.

It is a totally voluntary effort by the organisers whose aim is to provide an exciting and fun-packed day out for all the family whilst raising money for these good causes.

Once again, the Country Fayre is in the magnificent parkland setting of Kimbolton Castle (by kind permission of Kimbolton School ), where Queen Catherine of Aragon, the wife of Henry VIII, was confined until her death in 1536
